Toyaboo 30 Day Fitness Challenge Results

Hi everyone! This is an update on the Toyaboo Challenge. For 30 days, I challenged myself to:
  1. Exercise every day for one full month. There are no rest days allowed. You must exercise everyday.
  2. Exercise for at least 15-20 minutes each day. 
  3. Try not to ruin it by eating junk food after every workout. lol. I added that one in for good measure and as a reminder to myself. lol.
