100 SQUATS A DAY FOR THE MONTH OF MAY CHALLENGE

So, I've lost a little weight lately from adjusting my diet. It's time to incorporate a routine I can actually stick to - 100 SQUATS A DAY. Are you with me? I'm starting today but you can join in anytime. Officially, this is the 100 SQUATS A DAY FOR THE MONTH OF MAY challenge.



Be sure to use the proper technique so that you don't hurt yourself. It's best to perfect your body weight squat technique before introducing weights.  We'll talk about other techniques later but watch the video below to learn how to do the perfect body-weight squat.
