Sweet Lies was released as track #2 on Beres Hammond's album entitled
Love From a Distance in 1996 but it is still sweet music to my ears. Listen to it below and feel free to search Google for the lyrics if you cannot adjust to the Jamaican accent. It's one of my favourite reggae lovers rock songs. I hope that you enjoy this one.
Born Hugh Beresford Hammond, the St. Mary born Jamaican reggae music singing giant is well-known for his romantic lovers rock and soulful voice.
His solo career began in the late 1970s and he has been bring soothing, beautiful reggae music to use while working with the greatest musicians like Steve Golding and Dean Frasier, singers like Maxi Priest (duet) and Chevelle Frankling (background) and producers like Tappa Zukie and Donovan Germain.
