What you did is how I did my hair during the 70's to set my afro. The difference is that I dampened my sections first then twisted it and put the sponge roller on it.
Recently, I cut my relaxer off a few months ago. Right now I have about 3 to 4 inches of growth. I plan to try your coils.

ReplyDeleteI've used rollers before. They were perm rods but I don't see why mesh rollers can't work.
