Nanette Lepore is one of the many designers that has neons and brights infused throughout all of their collections (in picture above) this year. Neons and brights are popping up everywhere in clothing, accessories and thanks to China Glaze, nail polishes too. Neon colours are all the rage this Spring and Summer and it's is not just for the bold women. Actually, it can even be used for Winter and I am really excited about this new trend. It's not just for the bold, it's for the meek too.
