Easy Stretch Exercises for New Walkers/Runners

Remember the tip I shared with you about always stretching before walking or running? Well, I recorded a video to show you a few exercises that you can do and that I have incorporated into my routine. I always do these before I walk or run.

  1. I love nail art but its been a long time since i've even painted my nails (on a regular basis). While I won't be joining this challenge per se - I am trying step up on my nail care/techniques - so I'll be watching out for the inspired designs :D !!
