It's been crazy hot here in Jamaica and this blue really cooled me down. Oh the power of colour! LOL. I am loving neon aqua by KleanColor Nail Laquer. I added some dots in white by Jordana (French Manicure).

Neon Aqua is fast becoming one of my 2012 favourites. It's seriously pigmented and although one coat is a bit streaky, two good coats give you the most smooth, pigmented and opaque colour that you could ask for. What you see in the bottle is indeed what you get.
