Day 2 (9.25.2012) – 100-Day Health & Hair Challenge

Today was so-so. I didn't do anything bad but it certainly wasn't a day of progress. I didn't eat anything bad but my meals were not fully balanced (except lunch which was good).  I also only did 10 minutes of exercise. So, i've come to realize that I must be far more proactive and create a more rigid plan.

Anyone doing this plan needs to do several things if they are serious about seeing long-term benefits as a result of this plan.  One must:

  1. Determine the parameters of their diet plan. 
  2. Create a related menu plan. 
  3. Create a related grocery list.
  4. Determine a clear exercise plan. 
Today's lesson  –  If you fail to plan, plan to fail.
