What a fun coincidence that you have made a post about the varying sizes and the mix of cornrows and flat twist. Last night for the first time, I did flat twist/cornrow my hair.
My original goal was to flat twist based on what I viewed on youtube but I transitioned to cornrows due to my natural habit of cornrowing hair.
This morning the untwisted result was fun :) Yet I am still sold on straw curls. For the days when I do not wish to spend 3 hours to straw curl I'll choose the alternative. :) Thanks for sharing.
Hi EmbraceNatural, I've never done a straw set! It looks beautiful. I hope to try it in a few months though. Yeah - flat twists are easy and a great was to set hair too.
