My birthday is just about here and much to the surprise of many friends and acquaintances, I have no idea how I want to celebrate it. I have the usual dinner with a friend here and there but no official celebration. I started to think about some of my happiest moments since moving back to Jamaica. These pictures represent some of those moments. Unfortunately, the beach is not an option. Gotta go to work.
Do you see the many gifts that God gives you everyday?
Playing with the jelly coconut before splitting it in two with a machette in order to devour the soft, tasty coconut meat. Hmmm. Maybe I should buy a jelly coconut on my way home.
It's ime for me to make a decision on my birthday. Not celebrating it is not an option. I might regret not doing anything but I certainly won't regret having some fun.

Man I wish I was in Jamaica right now :)
ReplyDeleteWell, what did you decide? You are worth celebrating, so whatever you do, stick with the decision to celebrate somehow!
ReplyDeleteI'm in Jamaica right now, and we went to Hellshire two weeks ago. The food, the food, the food!!
I do my best to acknowledge the gifts Creator gives me every day, and I'm glad you do too!
You look so happy in these pictures! Can't wait to come and visit! Happy birthday!
ReplyDeleteHey. (This is victoriouslat from youtube). I remember the video you did with these pics. Do you know that I have never been to hellshire???? Really want to go, but not for the beach - for the fish mmmmm
ReplyDeleteHey Execumama. Unfortunately I got a nasty cold and was holed up in my bed with a fever. I guess I celebrated by not going out in the cold night air - that would have been suicide.
ReplyDeleteYeah girl. The food at Hellshire is great. Glad you're acknowledging your gifts too!
