I've exercised everyday for about 15 to 20 minutes of Zumba. One of the days, though, my "exercise" was housework based. I did some reorganizing and cleaning which had me up and down the stairs and on my feet for at least 2 hours. Does that count?
Also, I ate junk food once. I decided to have pizza and ice cream on Saturday evening. Besides that, I've done very well with the diet. My weight is the same as when I started but that's OK. I don't feel as stressed when I exercise anymore and I feel a slight improvement.
Moving forward, I'd like to do one full day of raw foods. I've previously done a raw food diet for 7 days and lost 7 pounds in that time. I figure raw foods will just be a way of possibly enhancing the weight loss aspect of this whole thing. What do you think? One day of raw food per week? Perhaps I could do one raw meal per day instead. I'll keep you updated
OK guys. That's all for now. Sorry for not having any pics but there really is nothing to show. lol.

I LOVE Zumba!
ReplyDeleteI do zumba several times a week and love it! I think you'll be seeing results in no time. It always takes a little time for your body to register what's going on once its been shocked by exercise and a healthy diet. Raw foods once a week sound good to start. I say go for it! Can't wait for more updates.

ReplyDeleteMe too! Some people say they don't get a work-out but I think it's because they aren't putting their back or legs into it. lol.
@DoverDarby
Thanks girl. I'm actually not seeing major results. As I mentioned in a previous post, I'm on medication that causes weight gain. It's been an uphill struggle... but I'm sticking with it. lol.
Yeah. I think I'll start raw for a day each week and maybe a couple of meals every week too. It may help.
