March Exercise Challenge – With Toyaboo

Well, you guys have seen some of my failed attempts at weight loss and overall fitness and health.  I've managed to drastically change my diet though. I am now pescatarian (a sea-food eating vegetarian) who has significantly increased he vegetable intake. To continue my  healthy lifestyle improvements, I have decided to join in on YouTube's  ToyabooToo's March Fitness Challenge. My last challenge was interrupted by some nasty health challenges. Now, I am even more determined to change my lifestyle to one which will give me optimal health. This month, I am focusing on exercise. Next month's focus will be diet and continued exercise.

March Fitness Challenge Rules
  1. Exercise every day for one full month. There are no rest days allowed. You must exercise everyday.
  2. Exercise for at least 15-20 minutes each day. 
  3. Try not to ruin it by eating junk food after every workout. lol. I added that one in for good measure and as a reminder to myself. lol.
It's that easy. See my vid below to see how I look at the start and some of the challenges I anticipate along the way. As mentioned in the vid, I'm on meds that make me gain weight. As a result, I'm not expecting any massive weight loss or anything but I do hope to have improved fitness and endurance.
