My last challenge was interrupted by some nasty health challenges. Now, I am even more determined to change my lifestyle to one which will give me optimal health. This month, I am focusing on exercise. Next month's focus will be diet and continued exercise.
March Fitness Challenge Rules
- Exercise every day for one full month. There are no rest days allowed. You must exercise everyday.
- Exercise for at least 15-20 minutes each day.
- Try not to ruin it by eating junk food after every workout. lol. I added that one in for good measure and as a reminder to myself. lol.
It's that easy. See my vid below to see how I look at the start and some of the challenges I anticipate along the way. As mentioned in the vid, I'm on meds that make me gain weight. As a result, I'm not expecting any massive weight loss or anything but I do hope to have improved fitness and endurance.
