This Week in Nails:Pink Power Spring Polka-Dots

Hey everyone. I skipped last week's nail post because... I didn't do my nails. It was one of those weeks where life took over. In any case, I'm back and am experimenting with some more girly looks. It may be a bit too messy or extra girly. Tell me what you think.

The design was easy to achieve. After applying my base coat, I simply:

  1. Applied a nude colour.
  2. Created messy, alternating yellow and green stripes.
  3. Added pink dots on top and the covered it all with my topcoat

Here are the polishes I used.

I'm happy to update you on my last nail look. I'm really, really happy with how well it held up. The design lasted a whole 8 days with only chipping on one nail. See the design of my color-blocking and tribal inspired nail design below.

  2. Flower garden. Hahaha. That's so not my typical style but I like how unique it appears to be. I'm glad you like it.

  3. I really like this. I don't think of it as girly since it's just "splashes" of color.

  4. Hey ABOP. I feel you. I think it's just the combination of colors. I'm glad you like it! I just love the stuff on your blog. I have plans to integrate a lot more blog posts on nails as the months progress.
