Shirley over at shirleybeniang on YouTube shared a clever and inexpensive idea for storing your makeup brushes. She simply poured rice into a clear bowl. She shook the rice to make it level then stuck her brushes in.
You can use any shape container that suits your style. It doesn't have to be transparent. Personalise the idea by finding similar items that you believe may suit your style. Perhaps you'd prefer a red coloured square container that suits your red-accented room. Just make it your own. Watch Shirley's video below to see how she cleans her brushes too.
I love this DIY brush storage idea! It is probably not great for long-term sanitation purposes, but if I was on the road/travelling on a one on one makeup artist assignment, I think it would be this fabulous display of my higher end cosmetic brushes. Love it!!!
