This is by no means hair related but a girl gotta brag! Jamaica has done exceptionally well in this years Olympics. I'm definitely all Jamaica all the way (sorry my American friends). Overall the athletes of African decent definitely dominated the track this year. "Big up" Jamaica and "large up yuself" Shelly-Ann and Veronica!

ReplyDeleteI am very pleased for Jamaica, Trinidad, and Bahamas, they did very well in track and field and it is good to know that the yam, dumplin (banana in my case, my parents are Guyaneses) and plantain, did us a world of good!
